the problem with super wide screens is the depth resolution, i have to have depth for my charting. but i also need width, i have been eyeing up the almost square monitors that are really big.

Hence why I was thinking of two stacked one above the other. However, I agree a single large monitor would be nicer provided it's big enough to avoid squinting to read the tiny fonts on a 4K monitor packed with lots of charts and other sorts of information. Something like the LG 43” UHD 4K IPS Monitor with HDR10 might be the shot.
