Hi,
look what happened today:
I opened a OCO limit buy order. Fine. Then I moved the StopLoss orders from "1247 2/8" up o "1252 3/8". As you can see in the first screenshot.
But the StopLoss was never triggered. Because the transaction never succeeded.
As you can see, Multicharts did not send the changed StopLoss orders to the broker. But in the GUI (on the chart) the StopLoss were displayed nevertheless. You can see the order list in the second screenshot.
This is very frustrating. Please fix this.
Regards
Ingo

Re: Chart Trading fail
Did your receive the logs?
Another question:
Whenever I have an open position overnight, the current StopLoss and TakeProfit orders are gone (at the end of the session) with these type of messages:
"Instrument: EU6H22; Order: Buy Limit 1; Status: Rejected; Reason: Orders may not be entered while the market is closed ExchangeRejectCode = 1003"
The "Time In Force" Parameter was set to "DAY".

Hello lordongi,
Unfortunately, we have not received any logs from you regarding the original issue you are describing in the post. If the issue reoccurs, please follow the steps above again to collect feedback.
As for your second question, if you have Time if Force set to DAY, the broker will cancel or reject the order after the market is closed. If you want to keep your orders till the next session, please set Time in Force = GTC.
