Hello,
on my PC is MC 7 Beta3 installed. I have a funded account, a login name and password. In the "Broker Profiles" I´m connected to "Rithmic01" and in the QM--> Data Source it says that Rithmic is "online". It tried to collect data for the following symbols without success:
ESU9, Zenfire
6EM1, Rithmic01 (Instrument "Manually" added and "From Data Source")
6EM1.CME, Rithmic01 (manually)
YMM1, Rithmic01
TF FMM0011!, Rithmic01
GCM1, Rithmic01
I get the following error messages:
"mrv error: 13 permission denied"
"The subscription to this instrument has been aborted. Dependent network services and/or data were not available. no data"
and after a while:
"The subscription to this instrument could not be recovered and has been aborted. other error"
What´s the problem and how can I fix it?

Thanks for your reply.
My broker provided only a login name and a password. The other settings are already given by multicharts. Had you something to fill in? Could you please have a look at the attachement?

...here a little follow up:
My broker guys, these rascal, did something wrong but they did not tell me what.
Probably simply overlooked something. Now everything works fine.

I am getting this

pop up box now on a laptop only, and perhaps something that has caused it is that I have previously (not today) on this laptop logged into the brokerage account through both MultiCharts and R|Trader (Rithmic).
Things still seem to work fine. Just this annoying pop up.
Can you please tell me what this error message relates to and how I might go about stopping it? Thanks.

only MultiCharts and one instance of Rithmic data feed are connected when this happens now.
Would appreciate an explanation as to:
what this means, and;
how to stop the error pop up box from recurring.

on which I get continuous data.
and only on the laptop, not on desktops.
it is really quite annoying, every 15 seconds it pops up.
I guess you suggest contacting Rithmic data supplier?
EDIT after post below: Got it. After Henry said the error message was related to lack of permission for a symbol, I re-checked the workspace with the four charts below, and the workspace also has Scanner window. Within that scanner window was a quote line for TF, which after sometime in March I am no longer receiving data for. Deleting that quote line in Scanner window has solved the problem, hopefully for good. Thanks for heads up on what the error message was related to.
EDIT2: a more descriptive error message would be helpful in future build.
