When trying to map tick data in the ASCII mapping, I get an error to pick resolution size even though the resolution is n/a. Attached is a screenshot of the mapping and error.
Thanks

Re: ASCII Mapping Problem
Hello Bryanzim,
N/A value means - not specified. If resolution was not set automatically then probably some columns were not defined properly. Please click on the file name and define the columns in order to map your file. The resolution field should be defined as well in order to map the file.

Re: ASCII Mapping Problem
Henry,
I have tried mapping the ASCII file by clicking on it and still unsuccessful. Please find attached the tick file as well as a shot of the mapping and the error I receive.
Thanks
