A few months ago I read on this forum there was a conflict between MultiCharts and Internet Explorer 7 which was in beta at the time. Has this been resolved? Is it okay to install IE 7 at this time?

I am using 1.90.435.775

I happen to use MC on a machine with SP2 and IE7 and have not noticed anything unusual.

Thank you, Cael, for your reply. My concern was that someone in TS Support was advising not to install IE 7.

IE 7 release version seems to be working fine with MultiCharts now, whatever used to be the problem was probably fixed by Microsoft in the meantime.

Dear tosk, I definitely advise you to upgrade at least to the next stable version, we really aren't tracking the problems of 1.90.435.775 any longer.

You can find it at www.topstep.com/MultiCharts.468.865.exe

Thanks Prathapjay & Alex.

Alex, yes, I agree I should upgrade but I am naturally hesitant when the version I've been using for months just plain works. Can you check the link you provided for 468.865 above and see if there is a problem? I tried last night and again this morning and find that it will take over 23 hours to download this version. I would have thought it would be less than 2 minutes.

Our apologies, that hosting service is known for behaving like that at times, i.e . making a distributive download in 20 minutes or even more.
