We've heard abt the impending price increase for quite some time.
Is there a fix date for it ?
Instead of a fuzzy price increase date,
I would suggest for the future price increase you give a FIXED ONE MONTH buffer for customers to decide about purchasing permanent license.

We are currently working on the features to be implemented in the next release, so there is so far no set date for the release and for increasing the price.

Dear Sir,please keep us informed. I want to get a second copy for my back up computer.
We offer a special discount for those who want to buy the second copy, please contact us at support@tssupport.com to receive further details and buy it before the price increase.
Hi Stanley
I've just signed up for the free trial.
Can you guys confirm that you will honour the current purchase price to those taking the free trial, should prices go up in the meantime?
Thanks

Dear Sir,
If the price increases before your trial is expired, you'll be able to purchase the product based on the current price level. Otherwise you'll need to pay according to the new price.
