I am unable to add a new symbol through the data souces option because none will display when the option is clicked on. (i have re-installed the program due to a previous none standard shut down)
the second problem is when i manually add symbol ZC (ecbot corn, which is now tradable during the regular day corn session IB is not recognizing the
symbol even though the exact symbol is recieving quotes in TWS without
a problem.
regards,
allan

Dear Allan,
As I understand you use IB data feed, is this correct? What is your version of MultiCharts? I suggest you to install the new beta version because we have improved compatibility with TWS 860 there. Please let me know if it works better.

Hi;
i am using the beta.
the quicker IB downloads are great.
today, to test Quotemaster i tried to add ZW from data sources and the
result was the same as before.
have you been able to get a zc chart?
i assume there has not been a beta update to the first release.

Trying to add a symbol from IB in Quote manager, Futures tab gives a number of results for the ZC lookup, please see the atached screenshot and tell if that symbol is right.
