Hello

I entered the following line into the MC universal DDE trade box to connect MC to Neoticker.

neoticker|q!'HSI V6-HKF,last'

I could not get any data into MC. The same line works with excel.

I tried to get the helpdesk going and actually clicked on it bt it ws 9pm ET. How can we liase to do this considering the time difference?
