Application terminated incorrectly - data not stored  [SOLVED]

Does anyone always get this error. I get this every time even on the cleanest of MC shutdowns:

"The application terminated incorrectly. The collected market data could not be compressed and stored in the database. Do you want to save this data now?"

Does anyone always get this error. I get this every time even on the cleanest of MC shutdowns:

"The application terminated incorrectly. The collected market data could not be compressed and stored in the database. Do you want to save this data now?"

You are shutting down your computer too quickly... before MultiCharts has a chance to save all the quotes to the database.

You can check the Taskmanager to make sure all the MultiCharts related programs are done before shutting down.

Thanks. You were right. Even after the main workspace window disappears from view on what appears a clean File > Exit, a number of MC processes run for up to a minute after.

Will leaving MC to do whatever it does after exiting the main workspace before shut down.
