just recently Rithmic DOM in a fast market can't keep up on price levels. What is going on here? As the market slows down the Dom levels will display, I know it's not gaps in the market it's the Micro ES and it also does it just as bad on the e-Mini ES.
This is very disturbing - Mark

Hello Mark,
Please make sure that all the MultiCharts processes are added to the antivirus exception list if you have any as it might block them.
If that doesn’t help, please send us (support@multicharts.com) the following files and info so we could analyze it on our end:
1. Logs via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
In the commentary section please specify the time when the issue is reproduced.
Then please select the options:
Attach a screenshot;
Attach log files…;
Upload collected data to help desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.
2. Video demonstrating the issue
3. Your workspace (if there are other charts/windows open in your workspace besides the DOM window)
