Hello,
Does anyone experience issue loading TS datas for Micro E-mini Nasdaq- 100 @MNQ in Multicharts?
Multicharts stops loading correctly the datas before the 30 of august 2023 even though datas can be fully loaded before this date on TS.

Data requests might have been put in a queue on TS end.
Please check the TS Download Scheduler (in TS go to View -> Messages -> Launch Download Scheduler). If you see data requests there, right-click them -> Schedule ASAP.

Actually there is nothing in the TS Download Scheduler and everything is loaded correctly in TS.
This issue occurs only with the @MNQ product.
You will find enclosed the event log from the MC Quote manager (@MNQ datas 5 minutes timeframe from the 13/11/2023 to the 01/01/2023).

Please try setting a “From/To” data range for your chart. For example, from June to today. After that reload your chart: View → Reload.
If data is not loaded, please follow these steps to send us data for analysis:

- Enable extending logging for TS. Please find the guide here.
- Start MultiCharts, open one chart only and reload it
- Send us logs via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
In the Feedback window select the following options:- Attach a screenshot;
- Attach log files…;
- Snapshot of the current MC setup;
- Open workspaces…;
- Upload collected data to Help Desk;
- uncheck other options and click Send.

Reloading the chart doesn't change anything.
