How do I draw Range Bars??

How do I draw Range Bars?? I am on version 1.90.442.1230

On a chart or in the Insert Symbol menu select Format Symbol -> Settings . In the Compression section select Point and the desired number of points.

A Range bar will be charted, see screenshot.
