permit to overwrite locked study/function in PL

Hi, I think can be useful have the possibility to overwrite (after request naturally) locked study or function in PL.
I ask this because when you update a locked study/function you need every time delete manually all the files....

I second this, too. It's far more convenient for the users to have the ability to overwrite Locked files on request. At the moment it's like searching for Easter Eggs - you have to find and successfully delete all dependet functions before you can install an update.
