trouble connecting  [SOLVED]

I am having trouble connecting through my euro workspace. My e-signal is working and the multicharts demo workspaces connect. Any advise or information on this?

Checked and found out that eSignal's RT connection was generally faulty today.
Data downloads to eSignal Data Manager but MC timeouts before it can establish a connection.
Anyone else observing this?

Had same problem on March 26th. Can the timeout stteings on MC be adjusted?
