I tried to change the tsFreeDataFeed.dll with the newest one on MC 9.0, but failed. I think the Dll does not work with MC 9 and probably the others. I needed to upgrade to MC10 in order to download data from Yahoo using FreeQuote.

It doesn't plot suppress the plot when time < 1230. Why is that? Perhaps this is the issue. Have you considered making your strategy IOG, but putting the bulk of your logic inside of an "if barstatus(1) = 2 then begin... end;" block? The barstatus(1) = 2 will only be true at the close of each bar, and thus, the strategy will essentially only be evaluated for this section on bar completion...
