Updated every tick study.
Study has a plot for up and for down.

You can end up with both an up and a down plot on same
bar due to changes intra bar. Want to remove
wrong plot.

Looking for functions that select the minimum or maximum of two
variables. (not Highest function which selects highest of a series).
