The reason why there are no notes regarding the dll for the new TWS 877 is that TWS introduced changes after MC 2.1 was released.

There are plans on updating video tutorials. However, at the moment I cannot give any ETA on that.

You don't need to download the new dll if you use the old TWS version. Just make sure that the field 'TWS bar timestamp' is unchecked (in QuoteManager -> Tools -> Data Sources -> Interactive Brokers -> Data Settings.

However, the new dll should also work with the older TWS versions.

You do not have to worry about that. You can create dlls using the documentation for tskit.dll and it will all be supported in MultiCharts (we made sure that there is full compatibility)

For example, ADE and Global Variable have been written this way and they are fully functional with MC.

Yes I have tried the fix with the new tsshaper.dll. Here is a screenshot that illustrates what is happening. You will see the 1 min chart top right has all the bars for friday but the 5 & 30 minutes just show 1 bar. A restart usually fixes it

the new datafeeds OpenTick and Transact are not available In QM nor in symboladd feature in charting. The dll's for these feeds are present. Is there a way to force MC to find these Dll feeds or do I have to reinstall.
