Rejected; Reason: Invalid Market order parameters

Rejected; Reason: Invalid Market order parameters

Yesterday,When the position is rolled over, the old contract can be filled, but the new contract is rejected.

the following is the message:
Instrument: ZWN4; Order: Buy Market 3; Status: Rejected; Reason: Invalid Market order parameters: Buy 3 ZWN4.CBOT @ 0.000000 for account 164150

and then all orders about zwn4 are rejected:

Instrument: @W#C; Order: Sell Stop 1; Status: Rejected; Reason: Invalid StopMarket order parameters: Sell 1 ZWN4.CBOT @ 518.750000 for account 164150

Instrument: ZWN4; Order: Buy Limit 3; Status: Rejected; Reason: Invalid Limit order parameters: Buy 3 ZWN4.CBOT @ 560.750000 for account 164150

do you know what's the problem is?

Hello!

What broker are you using?
Do you get any other messages in the File → New → Order and Position Tracker → Logs tab?

I use amp-rithmic
they are the only message in logs

here are the reply from amp:
You have no rejections on the Exchange or Gateway level on 19th....rejections on the 19th must be platform related which i will not see.

looking at your 3 rejection reasons...order parameters means something was wrong with the price.....no price is listed in the first rejection @0.000000
the other two rejections could be for too many decimal places.

do you have any ideas, Kate Multicharts?

Please try re-adding the problematic symbols from the data source in QuoteManager: Instrument → Add Symbol → From Data Source.
If you use symbol mapping, make sure you re-configure it.
After that, open a new chart for the symbol.

If orders are still rejected, please send us a Feedback report via the main MultiCharts window → Help → Feedback.
In the Feedback window select the following options:
Attach a screenshot;
Attach log files…;
Snapshot of the current MC setup;
Open workspaces…;
Upload collected data to Help Desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.
