The all-new Public Bug Tracker is now available!
We are pleased to announce that we have made a new feature for our users, a Public Bug Tracker. We called it Project Management, because any user can now be a part of the MultiCharts project, and help make it better for everyone.
You can submit issues, reviewing submissions of other users, and add comments. The system is completely transparent – you can see all of the reported issues, comments, and our status updates regarding each report. You can also track issues of interest, and find out precisely when it will be addressed.
The tool is relatively new, but we are populating it with issues that have already been confirmed. You can also use the “View Roadmap” feature to see where MultiCharts is heading.
Important Note: ALL bug reporting and feature requests should now be made using the new Project Management system. Make sure you read the How to Use section after clicking the Bug Tracker button. If you do not see a known issue in Project Management – please add it!

Re: Public Bug Tracker is now available!
Great news. This is one of the strongest improvements made to the system. Congratulations all. No doubts this should benefit every one with no exception and have far reaching impact (with no overstatement). The bug tracker / project management system will become a solid foundation and I'm sure will be supportive to development and growth. Congratulations again. Can't say enough, very optimistic news.
Thanks,
Thanks,

Great idea !
I'd like to also see the next expected beta release date of MC, with which of the confirmed bugs fixed.
Something like "next beta expected the 1st week of Nov, with bugs 1-5 fixed".

Dear Sirs,
We kindly ask you to be as much specific as you can when reporting an issue. Ideally, report should have a step-by-step instruction on how to reproduce the issue as well as a screenshot demonstrating the issue. If you do not know how to reproduce the issue, please write so.

Re: Public Bug Tracker is now available!
Dear Sirs,
Please do not post the same issue / feature request on Forum and in the Bug Tracker to avoid double work. Thank you.
We have implemented a voting system to gauge which issues require the highest priority. Vote for the issues that you feel are important, and the ones with most votes will get addressed first.

Re: Public Bug Tracker is now available!
I had a look at the new system on the weekend. I have already submitted a fair number of feature suggestions. None are in there. I guess TSS would want me to put these in to the new system so others can add comments and seconds. Am I correct?

Absolutely, this would be perfect. Doing this you'll give others a possibility to track the status of the issues, add comments and votes.I had a look at the new system on the weekend. Re: Public Bug Tracker is now available!
Please add a new project management component to host all documentation-related issues.
The name of the component could be "Multicharts documentation"
Currently there is no suitable component for documentation-related issues...
Next,
Any issues related to broken links in the knowledgebase, as well as links on the website pointing to obsolete versions of files, incl. User Manuals, Datasheets, or any other website related issues could also be reported via Bug Tracker. The described issues do exist, and can also be reported.

These issues are not related to the application directly so it would be better if you inform us about this via email at support@multicharts.com.Next,
