Alternatively step 3 can be as the following:
Right click on Authorization button in the bottom right corner of the main MultiCharts window, go to Proxy settings, check "Use HTTP Proxy to authorize, type in any information into the Host and Port fields (for ex. Host: 123, Port: 123), click Ok.
Now you can start MultiCharts on PC#2 in Offline mode with Internet connection up and running.

Hello Henry, I like your "dirty" solution better than using a software firewall. One program less. Would be great if you could offer a solution without to having to repeat the steps mentioned in the wiki every 30 day.
