I am not sure if this is possible with non time bars but here goes....
Is there anyway to sync up a local and remote VPS so that the OHLC values match when using tick charts?
Both clocks are the same and are using Dimension 4. Both have the same session template and number of bars set etc...
What else needs to be done?
Many thanks,
Alex

Re: Syncing two computers -- tick charts
Sorry TJ..... I should have given a bit of an explanation.
I tried many different things and the only thing that worked for me was copying the database directory. This can be problematic if TSStorage.GDB is large. In my case, it was 1.3G so I did the reverse and downloaded the database from the VPS which was much smaller.
Launching Multicharts locally with the VPS database caused IQFeed to back fill identically on both machines.
There may be other ways to do this but this seems to do the job.
