Hi all,
on Multicharts charts the commodities under subject are missing one or more of the latest daily bars. I tried to delete both data and cache from the symbols in Quotemanager but was unsuccessfull.
Any clue?
Thanks in advance

Thanks Henry,
I did follow that page but was unsuccesfull.
I just PARTIALLY solved the problem in this way:
1) I realized that on another PC on which I have MC installed, Oanda's platinum, gold and palladium charts are correct, i.e. no daily bars missing
2) I opened QM on this PC and exported ASCII data of all of the above instruments
3) Exported these data on the MC installation where I have the problem.
Doing this I solved temporarily the problem, however I noticed that in the days after I still had missing data and/or daily candles with different ranges respctful Oanda's chart.
Further, I don't quite understand why different MC installation behaves differently. Could I have a problem on the installation?
Thanks

Hello Leo,
You can do the Repair when you have a couple of spare minutes (go to Control Panel-> Programs and Features-> MC->double left click–>Next->Repair).
I would also recommend exporting the instruments with settings and data into a QMD file from a working PC and importing it into the PC with the issue:
https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... rting_Data
https://www.multicharts.com/trading-sof ... rting_Data
Please also make sure the Windows date and time corresponds to current date and time for the selected time zone.
