When I open a workspace which contains charts with uncompiled studies, all uncompiled studies are lost in this workspace, even when the the workspace is not saved.
Is there any way to avoid this?

What I mean is:
I apply a compiled study to a chart.
I update Multicharts to a new version.
It happens that some of the studies are now uncompiled (dont ask me why).
I do not know this in advance.
I open the workspace with these (now uncompiled) studies.
All studies are lost.
I have to build the whole workspace from scratch.
This is very inconvenient and a way to avoid this would be great.

Yes, this is odd that install exe does not do this automatically. If you have never updated and are a new user, this is very frustrating and confusing. This almost guarantees a call to support or a visit to the forums. After installing a new version of MC, go directly into Power editor and do a "compile all uncompiled" BEFORE running Multicharts charting.
That's what I do.
