I noticed this Sunday night shows profile account number and the rest says "NA" (equity /Balance etc.) so I figured that it was just because sunday open
it corrected itself on Monday morning / Now the issue has come back this am I closed and reopened platform still no information
I am connected to broker but no info on account ?

When the issue is reproduced, please open the Order and Position Tracker window demonstrating the issue,
then go to Help -> Feedback to send us logs.
Please select the options:
Attach a screenshot;
Attach log files…;
Upload collected data to help desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.

this is the new one after this was resolved and the charts do not keep up with feed sorry but worst update i have done noticing a big difference in performance would like to go back till issues resolved

Antimalware Service Executable (default in Windows 10) stops MC from working properly. MsMpEng.exe used significantly more CPU than MC.
Got that message several times. When you open a workspace, MC stops answering when Antimalware Service Executable works.
A temporary solution:
Turned off "realtime protection" and it floated on perfectly. Run 9 workspace, 36 charts with heavy indicators, without any problems.
(Win10: Settings/Updates and Security/Windows-Security/protection against viruses & threats/settings for protection against viruses & threats)

like the news comes out the DOM moves and chart doesn't for quite a bit of time no sync there is a big lag i noticed the NQ was worst but i see it in ES also just now as a matter of fact and not comfortable shutting off services due to update

The more volatile the instrument is, the more the chart loses. Yes, NQ is the worst!
"realtime protection" is turned on automatically after a while. Saw that NQ chart had lost. Turned off "realtime protection" again, then MC catches up with the 5 minutes that are missing in a few seconds.
