If you have installed MultiCharts, the chm files are already in your computer.Dear TS Support

You can simply press [F1] to invoke them.

Thank you for pointing this out, I tested the downloadable CHM files and indeed they don't show information. I will forward to our IT guys to look at it. As TJ pointed out, the CHM files are available in the program itself through F1.
