Hi @,
I have a new system with multicharts, when open a chart realtime data does start but the countdown counter doesn't appear. It also looks like the realtime data is missing a bunch of ticks.
When I do the same thing on my old system everything works fine.
Does anybody have clue why this is happening and how to fix this?
I use IQfeed for a data source, both machines have mc7, 1 machine is running windows 7 64 bit and the other is running windows 2008 64 bit.
Cheers,
Simon

Hello simon007,
Please check the session settings for the symbols in Quote Manager --> right click on the symbol --> Edit Symbol --> Sessions.
Try to set sessions to 24/7 on the chart: right click on the chart --> Format Instrument --> Settings --> Sessions --> 24/7.
Also, please check that your local time and time zone settings are correct (including daylight saving settings).

Hello Simon
Don't know if your problem is resolved but. Have you select "Last Price Marker" in the Instrument Style format ?
If this option is not selected, countdown won't be seen on the screen
Also, do you have the same background color. I had a similar problem when my up candle and my background color was white.
