My charts are not updating since the reopening of the market for Christmas time. My data provider is IB. I'm able to draw a chart in TWS, but MC seems to not be connected to IB data
Did look at API configurations. The port number and the url address are OK
I did
- close TWS and restart it
- close MC and restart it
- restart my PC
- Look at configurations
Any idea?

I had similar problem few weeks ago with the latest beta and had a feeling that since I have been upgrading it from the official release way back something must have got corrupted, so I did a complete un-install of MC and after rebooting did a fresh install and it seems to have fixed the problem.
Not an elegant solution but remember to backup your files in case you decide to use this approach.
Have you tried the new MC 7.4 release.

I am running TWS (910.9) and receiving data from IB with no problem.

Hi,
it seems that this problem comes with upgrading to TWS Build921. I have no solution yet. So I would suggest not to upgrade.

TWS Build 921.5 is working well for me. However,TJ's suggestion to continue with old version of TWS until it is not supported makes lot of sense and worth keeping in mind.

TWS 920 has a new data packaging method.
It combines the live feed with the historical feed, which used to be sent separated.
This is a major revision, not something to be taken lightly. Many software were caught off guard, some are still having problem transitioning.

I did go back to the latest available from IB download pages. I will look trough my system if I still have the installation file for older version

Try starting Quote Manage first before MC and see if that helps, make sure quotemanager is connected to TWS and updating. Also check your firewall/antivirusDid the downgrade to 920.5
Still the same problem

Quote Manager is receiving files, but charts is not updated
In Quote Manager, I did erased the data history and reload. Still the charts displayed stop at December 25 at 00:00
