Hi,
I'm trying to connect with PFGBest for Eurex futures. I can connect to CME futures but nothing about Eurex Futures. How is it possible if I watch eurex symbols with PFGBest on NT with the same login and password ?
Is PFGBest Eurex symbols listed with differents Exchange from "EUREX" market ?
Thanks in advance.

Re: PFGBest and EUREX futures symbols
Hello CrazyNasdaq,
Currently all PFGBest futures symbols available in MultiCharts have CME exchange set by default. PFGBest directs the orders to the proper exchange itself.
In order to add the EUREX symbols (FDAX, FESX, etc) please:
1. open QuoteManager --> tools tab --> symbol dictionary.
2. select the Default dictionary in dropdown menu and click the "Add" button.
3. enter the futures symbol root (FDAX) and select its contracts (H,M,U,Z)
4. enter the symbol settings
5. click Ok to save the settings.
6. close Quotemanager and MultiCharts. Make sure that all MultiCharts processes are ended.
7. run QuoteManager, go to the instruments tab --> add symbol --> from data source --> PFGBest.
8. enter the symbol root (FDAX) into lookup field and click the "lookup" button.
9. select the symbol from the list (FDAXH2) and click the "add" button.
10. create the chart for the symbol in MultiCharts.
Our engineers are working on the automatic symbol lookup for PFGBest at the moment.

Re: PFGBest and EUREX futures symbols
I've spoken to early.....Thanks !!!
It works fine now even with eurex.
Multicharts charts and data on PFGBest Eurex are very bad and something works wrong.
Here you have 3 screenshots of 1 tick chart and 1 point chart of FGBL in Multicharts and the same in NT........not the same

Re: PFGBest and EUREX futures symbols
Hello CrazyNasdaq,
This issue was caused by incorrect symbol multiplier. It will be changed in the next version of MultiCharts. At the moment I can suggest you the workaround. Please:
1. Close MultiCharts and all its processes.
2. Open the logs folder.
(You can access the log folder by pasting the line into Start --> Run (search):
WinXP
"%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\TS Support\MultiCharts\"
VISTA, W7
"%USERPROFILE%\Local\TS Support\MultiCharts\"
3. Find the file PFGSymbolMultipliers.mps in the logs folder.
4. Open this file with the notepad.
5. Find the lines with the symbols: FGBL, FDAX, FESX, FGBM, FGBS
6. Change the multiplier value to 1
7. Close the notepad and save the changes.
8. Open MultiCharts and plot the chart for the symbol
9. Press Ctrl+R to reload the data
