missing data

missing data

Hi, I'm missing data on 1/17/08 from 1400 pacific time to 2200 pacific time. What's up with that? I've reloaded, but still no data. The status bar at the top of the page, however, reads the correct prices, as I've corroborated with other software.

Dear Kevin,
We couldn't find any missing data on 1/17/08 from 1400 to 2200 PST. The server was up and our test client applications didn't confirm the problem you experienced. So could you contact our helpdesk as soon this problem persists?
