Hello gztanwei,
To duplicate an existing chart window, please select the chart, press Shift + Ctrl + C and then Shift + Ctrl + V.
It is not possible to save chart settings as a template, but you can create a reference chart in a separate workspace, save that workspace (File - Save Workspace As..) and then copy and paste the chart window as per the instruction above.
