Hi there,
I'm having a subscription to data leve2 and using this as my main data provider.
When i change the account i want to trade i receive this message "get_order_book" error 13 (permission denied) . I can trade without problems but i feel that my depth is not level 2 because the size of the depth changes , sometimes 10 levels , sometimes less..
Can you help me understand whats going on with the DOM ?

The "get_order_book" error 13 (permission denied) message is received from your broker.
Usually it means that there’s a certain type of subscription lacking. If it appears when changing accounts, most likely, one of the accounts has access to DOM data and the other one doesn't.
Please contact your broker directly for more info about it, let them know about the error you are getting in MultiCharts to make sure you get the subscription you need.
