If you can’t find a specific answer yourself, or if you would like resolve an issue in private, feel free to send us an email by filling out this form. Average response time is 1 hour during business hours. If you send your email outside of business hours, it will be answered the following day. Live Chat

You can contact our support team for assistance through our Live Chat with just one click. Live Chat is a web-based solution, no software installation is required, and it’s very easy to use. Entering Live Chat will open a private messaging window, with a technician responding in real-time. Live Chat is available Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM till 3:00 PM EST.



You can also contact our customer support technicians directly over the telephone. If you are calling during our off-work hours or didn't have a chance to talk to our representatives, please leave us a voicemail with a short description of the issue and your contact information. We will contact you as soon as we receive your message. Phone support is available Monday-Friday from 6:30 AM till 5:00 PM EST. If you are experiencing long hold times, please use the Live Chat support option. 


Remote Desktop Connection


If you're having a technical issue, it's likely that our support technicians will need to use a remote desktop connection to analyze and fix your issue. Due to the complex nature of our product, remote connections are only performed from Live Chat. Please visit our Live Chat and follow instructions from the operator. You may be instructed to download and use the TeamViewer utility by clicking on this button and selecting 'Run'.

The discussion forum is a great place to research questions you may have, meet with other users, and post questions that interest you. The forum has a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of MultiCharts, tips, hints, and guides. New visitors and trial users can search and read the forum, while existing customers can post their own comments and start threads.
