Is it possible to have the "Enable Alerts" option selected by default for horizontal lines (or any drawing object). If I enable alerts and select "use as default", the next horizontal line I insert does not have the alerts enabled.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Bruno

Bruno,
Which drawing tool do you use? Please attach a screenshot demonstrating the issue you have and describe it in more details.

Re: Enable Alert for Drawing Object by default.
You have to save the chart once with the "Use as Default" checked... then all the future lines will have have your "Default" setting. Is it possible to have the "Enable Alerts" option selected by default for horizontal lines (or any drawing object). I still can't get it to work with MC 64-bit ... The 32-bit version works fine.
I have attached an image.
I appreciate your help.

Re: Enable Alert for Drawing Object by default.
Bruno,
Are you running any anti-virus software on your PC? That is possible that it prevents MultiCharts from applying the settings.
Please try running MultiCharts as administrator-close all of its processes first, then right click on MultiCharts icon->Run as administrator. If you need to run any other component of MC (QuoteManager, PLEditor, etc.) from the shortcut-please run it as admin as well.
