Description

Run a backtest on a portfolio ... for whatever reason the initial load data (if online, connected to IQFeed or Tradestation) could fail or take a lon time (if you have minute data). Nonetheless, one would have hoped that pressing the button would abort the backtest and allow you to change Portfolio settings.
Well, it doesn't work. There are some steps during that workflow that will lock the application and has no action. If you really want to cancel / abort, the only way is to kill the Portfolio process from memory - this could affect other multicharts processes in memory, and obviously is not recommended.

Steps to reproduce this issue

setup a thread that would allow you to cancel the backtest within a portfolio trader, during the data download step.

We have tested it on our end and it works fine. When you press Cancel, it asks if you want to cancel strategy backtesting, if you press Yes, it cancels it.
