Hi,
I use IQFeed data and several times had corrupted or wrong data in the database. For example for Futures ES, US or YM.
The attached file shows how it looks in the equity curve.
One example is for daily US data:
62,89
61.85
82.92
62.32
62,37
This can't be in reality.
I wonder whether there are no plausibility checks within in Multicharts. And there are no functions to check the data and reload only unplausible data. Or I am wrong? I deleted all false data manually and I am even not sure whether they are replaced.
Or should IQFeed be blamed for providing bad data? Data protection e.g. by means of a CRC should be natural.
P.S.
Investigation of trading system is just my hobby, but I am more than surprised how many problems I am continously encoutering.

Re: Corrupted Data
Hello Wally_AD,
If the data on chart is the same problem data after you reload the chart (CTRL+R), then this data is sent from IQFeed to MultiCharts.
