The AT&T natural voices website ended the service http://www2.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php
Does anyone know of another place where we can create these type of files? I used this to create customized audio alert files for my studies.

There are quite a few online websites, but be careful because some of them would also implant virus in your computer. The AT&T natural voices website ended the service http://www2.research.att.com/~ttsweb/tts/demo.php

Here is one I am testing right now: http://text2speech.us/
ps. Windows has its own TTS engine you can download from the Microsoft website.

Re: natural voices
Can you guys share how you use 'voices' with trading? Is it only "buy now" or "sell now", or also more complex messages ("Buy 10 contracts at 134.20 with a stop-loss at 130 and a profit target at 145")?
In that latter case, perhaps we can look into ways to do this programmatically. That might be a lot easier to work with, I think.

I create basic alerts, such "S&P just made new high for the day" or " nasdaq overnight high is broken" or "yesterday 10 year note high is broken" or "S&P just made new high for the day" and so forth. Having such customized alerts allow me to know where each market is at, without the need to really look at a chart.
My alerts study has 8 different alerts with a customize alert sound for each of it. I also customize it for 8 different symbols which in all is 64 different audio files.
