OANDA has native support for Stop orders. OCO group is emulated by MultiCharts.
Please send us sample code and workspace for replicating this behavior to support @ multicharts.com

Attached is another example
You can see a position opened and gaining profit but trailing stop doesn't move. The initial stop was sent out at .78722 (which is correct) but the position has moved into profit by 55 ticks and the stop hasn't moved from the initial order and remains at .78722

Please go to Format->Strategy Properties->Auto trading tab->Select broker plugin->select the profile you need->go to Settings->click Lookup and select the account you need.
You need to do that for each chart you are using for auto trading.
When you save the workspace these settings will be saved as well.

Which version were you running before the update? Did you have any updater/hotfix installed for it?
Are you using auto trading or manual trading?
Do you use v1 or v20 account?
Please send us the logs and IDs of the orders in question:
Go to Help tab->Feedback (or Windows Start menu->All programs->MultiCharts64->Feedback).
Select two options:
- Attach log files to help us understand what happened
- Upload collected data to Help Desk.
Uncheck the other options as we do not need them right now.

Answers to your questions:
Not sure what version I was running prior to update. Current install says it is Version: MultiCharts64 Version 11.0 Release (Build 14943)
I did apply the hotfix which originally fixed this issue.

Still broken I must be the only person that is trying to autotrade with Oanda V20... see attached for errors that MC is generating.

There is still a bug with this. The OCO orders stay on the screen even though they don't exist and you can't click on them to make the order go away. See attached screen shots the orders on screen are OCO orders after a trade closed yet the OCO orders remain)
