Why can't I receive U.S. stock data from IB(Interactive Brokers), but I can receive forex data from IB?
I called Interactive Brokers and they said my U.S. stock data subscription is correct. Where might the problem be? It seems that about a year ago, I could receive U.S. stock data.Can you help me?

Hello samwjwj,
Make sure you’re using the latest MultiCharts and IB TWS/Gateway version to ensure compatibility with the latest IB API.
The latest MultiCharts release can be downloaded here.
After the update, apply the following setting in IB TWS/Gateway: Global Configuration > API > Settings > in the "Send instrument-specific attributes for dual-mode API client in" drop-down box select “instrument timezone”
After that add the required symbols in MultiCharts, create charts for them and reload (View -> Reload) if necessary.
Make sure you’re using the latest MultiCharts and IB TWS/Gateway version to ensure compatibility with the latest IB API.

Please try unchecking the "Launch Trader Workstation at Start" box in the IB data feed settings if you have it checked.
It's in QuoteManager -> Tools -> Data Sources -> Interactive Brokers
Then restart all MultiCharts apps and IB TWS.
If that doesn't help, please plot any stock chart, reload it and send us logs via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
In the Feedback window select the following options:
Attach a screenshot;
Attach log files…;
Open workspaces…;
Upload collected data to Help Desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.

If the behaviour still occurs, please plot a TSLA chart, reload it and send us logs via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
