Thanks a lot

Re: Can I save Powerlanguage studies where I want?
Henry, thank you for the instructions.
I must be missing something basic..
I change the path to:
C:\Users\Workstation\My Documents\Trading\MC\Studies\
but it doesn't work.. it keeps saving to its default folder.
Then I change it to:
C:\Users\Workstation\Documents\Trading\MC\Studies\
and it still doesn't work.
Any help please?

Re: Can I save Powerlanguage studies where I want?
Have you followed the steps described in the article?
What is the exact version and build number of MultiCharts you are running?
Which registry key have you modified? Please provide the full path to it.
Have you moved the StudyServer folder to the new location?

I think I did!
{What is the exact version and build number of MultiCharts you are running?}
Multicharts 64, Version 8.5, Build 6851
Which registry key have you modified? Please provide the full path to it.}
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TS Support\MultiCharts64
the registry key is called CurrentStudiesLocation (and not StudiesPath as described in the instructions. I could not find a key called StudiesPath)
{Have you moved the StudyServer folder to the new location?}
I copied the Studies folder to the new location (not moved the studyserver folder)
Thanks Henry

Hello moses,
If the key name "StudiesPath" is missing - you need to manually create it.
Do not use "CurrentStudiesLocation" key - it is obsolete.
Copy "Studies" folder from it's default location to the new location. For example new location of the "Studies" folder will be "E:\new_location\". "StudiesPath" key value will be "E:\new_location\"
