At the moment there is a temporary issue with one of the CQG historical data servers.
In order to make sure you connect to the one that is up and running please do the following:
- Close all MultiCharts applications;
- Make sure all MultiCharts processes are ended in the Windows Task Manager;
- Save the attached file (one file for all versions of MultiCharts (32/64 bit) and MultiCharts .NET (32/64 bit));
- Unzip it and run it;
- Confirm registry modifications by clicking "Yes" in the appeared window;
- Start MultiCharts and reload the charts with the missing data.
