Hello,
Since upgrading to MC 15 rel 26125, I am facing a systematic issue upon rebooting the server.
MC normally launches from a shortcut in the start-up menu, which links to "C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts64\MultiCharts64.exe".
Since migrating to the latest version, and upon ensuring that all MC applications are closed before shuting down the server, I noticed two things:
1) MessageCenterNet.exe never shut down and keeps running in the background.
2) The automatic restart will systematically end up with MCSmartShutdown.exe poping-up with no application appearing, requiring a manual intervention and preventing the automatic start-up.
Would you see any reason for this behaviour to happen? The account running the processes has admin privileges.
Thierry
