Re: backup and restore in multicharts
I asked about this before... but I was told I could achieve the same with a bat program.tradenavigator has a button that made itself a backup of all this file itself and another that you use for the restore.

I am more and more enclined to think that one should have a separate platform for trading/automatic trading and for development. This also means that transparent way of transfering/securing data should exist.
Having a versionning system for the development of study would be great as well, but I will let this one for future evolutions
In the short term, I would like to know my options for the following items:
- How to save/transfer windows setup (so that it can be transfered)
- How to save/transfer studies (be individually or as a whole)
- How to save/transfer data and data setup
Regards
