I really like the real time stock scanner, however I have the following problem.
I have an indicator that plots LONG or SHORT text in the window. My resolution is 30 minutes. I expect the plot to work on 30 minutes time frame, but it does not match a chart of 30 minutes. Any ideas ?

Dear Erik,
If you want your indicator to match a 30 minutes chart, the data series settings should be identical.

I don't get it, where do I set the data series settings. They are set to 30 minutes in the instrument.

Re: Real time stock scanner
Dear Erik,
By identical data series settings I mean the settings in Format Instrument --> Settings for the symbol in scanner and the one on the chart: Resolution, Quote Field, Sessions, Build Volume On, Time Zone and the length of request (bars back/days back). Also please make sure that the indicators in scanner and on a chart have the same 'Max number of bars study will reference' setting. It is better not to set it as "auto detect", but enter a value manually.
