I just upgraded to ver 8.5 release(Build 6778)...When I try to auto trade I get the following error messages in the logs whenever a trade is attempted ( 2 message lines, same time stamp):
2nd: Account xxxxxxxx not loaded.
1st: Instrument: GBPUSD.FXCM; Order: Sell Stop 200000; Status: Rejected; Reason: Account xxxxxxxx not loaded.
Win7 64 bit, 4 GB ram, 64 bit MC, MBT Broker...

Interesting... I have version 2.2.0.32 so I downloaded the latest RC version which was 2.2.0.38 but is actually 2.2.0.32. The download link shows 2.2.0.38 which apparently doesn't exist so the answer to your question is Yes I am using the latest version.

Due to interface changes in the lastest MBT platform that made all previous versions of MBT unsupported we had to update our MBT plugin. This update is included in MultiCharts 8.5 Release.Hi Henry,

If you want to use MBT platfrom Current Release Version 11.9.0.4 you can install the attached updaters for MultiCharts. How to install an updater.

MBT is looking into the issue. Enable extended logging and provide information per my request here to help MBT analyze this case.So Henry...what are my options here?
Is this something being looked at or is this a known problem? What is the status?

Account temporarily unavailable and Account not loaded are the same issues. They are not caused by a certain MBT desktop version. The issue is on the MBT servers.
All of the provided information has been forwarded to MBT Integration Department Manager and analyzed by MBT programmers. They have found the problem but they have not provided any ETA for the fix yet. MBT will let me know when an update is scheduled. I have already asked to make this case of the highest priority.

Try reconnecting your broker profile after MBT server restart. If that does not work for you-restart MultiCharts and all of its processes.Is there at least a workaround available until MBT get their act together?

Just missed ANOTHER trade due to this issue!!! grrr
I tried everything to avoid it too by restarting MC (not the server) every night.
When this error started I started an account withLMAX and my experience so far has been great - very good broker.
Hurry up MBT and sort it out!

MB Trading has resolved the Account temporarily unavailable/Account not loaded issue that appeared after the market rollover back in August.
