Hi,
After trying to start MC today I am getting the following message
"The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail"
I am using the latest Beta version of MC.

Please close Multicharts and all its products (i.e. MC, Quote Manager, PL editor, ....).
Make sure that all MC processes are ended.
In the Windows Task manager check these processes:
atCenterServer.exe
Fixserver.exe
MultiCharts.exe
MessageCenter.exe
PLEditor.exe
QuoteManager.exe
StudyServer.exe
tsServer.exe
TradingServer.exe
TPserver.exe
Please end the processes if they are still running after MC close.
Then download and install all files from this folder:
https://goo.gl/cC4e7M
After the installation please restart the PC.
This should fix the issue.
Make sure that all MC processes are ended.

I had the same problem after installing the latest 64-bit version 8.5.6851, and the above fix didn't work. Please help.Please close Multicharts and all its products (i.e. MC, Quote Manager, PL editor, ....).
Make sure that all MC processes are ended.

noodlesong, please additionally install the following updates and restart your PC:I had the same problem after installing the latest 64-bit version 8.5.6851, and the above fix didn't work. Please help.
