Do not get account information from IB - LIVE account

About two days ago, MC showed no open position in the account tracker window though i knew that there were positions opened. it was still connected to IB and showed account info. Then i closed all MC apps and relaunched MC. Now, though it shows connection to IB and IB API shows the connection, MC no longer shows open positions at IB and does not show account info. Apparently orders still go through, however, when entering manually order goes through but it is not shown in the orders window of order and position tracker and it does not effect open position window that show no open positions.
Please, advise what should be the solution? Restart the server?

This is a known issue with Free Trial accounts of IB. We have sent those issues to IB and this is what they answered: "Trail accounts does support connecting with API but we are not able to guarantee all the functionalities are perfectly supported for free trail accounts. Our support for the free trail account is also quite limited."
We made some improvements for those account types, but all the issues were not resolved due to the API specifications.

Why did you assume that it is a trial account? You did not even ask me for clarification.
I understand that trial accounts have limitations from IB side.

This behavior is similar to the issues known with the trial accounts provided by IB and there were no other details speicifed either in the title, or in the description. If it is a Live account, please provide the info, requested in the Live Chat when the issue is reproduced and we will investigate the issue.
