"Unmanaged Orders" (to make Multiple strategies on one chart work)

• One chart, 2 signals applied to it, signals generate opposite orders (one after another)
  The
  problem is that the opposite order generated by the 2nd strategy
  will REVERSE the entire position (i.e. order quantity will equal to
  closing position of strategy1+opening position for strategy2).
  While the
  desired behavior is that it just buys/sells only the quantity specified
  in strategy 2.
  In NT and some other platforms there is an
  "unmanaged" mode of placing orders, where BuyOrder(market,500) means exactly that,
  not "establish a net position of +500".
  OR there can be a "TOGGLE" in strategy properties which would regulate this behavior.
  Having such possibility would really help to avoid cumbersome coding via GVs,etc.

  This feature would also greatly expand possibilities for properly testing/optimizing portfolios of strategies!

Steps to reproduce this issue

Nothing entered.

• One chart, 2 signals applied to it, generating both but and sell orders.
  See that when a signal is generated by another strategy in the opposite direction, the WHOLE position will get NET LONG/SHORT in that direction.
