T&S window not working with Binance

Description

Hello,

the T&S window isn't working with Binance at all. It only shows "Establshing connection..." and nothing happens.

Steps to reproduce this issue
Nothing entered.

We aim to include the improvement in the next release (MultiCharts 14 Release 4).
Meanwhile one can contact support to get a hot fix.
