Real time price of instrument freezes on chart second time this week

Description

Hello,
The real time price on the chart froze for a second time this week in the middle of trading. It is very disturbing as I need to close all trading and close Multicharts, reopen it and load all the data and get back into trading again, and I'm afraid it will happen again and again - this needs to be fixed. The only change that happened before the price froze as in the screenshots below was I opened another chart and that was it.
I also tried Ctrl+R but nothing happened.

Hello,

The issue is not reproduced on our end. Please turn on extended logging for your data feed and send the files for analysis through the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
