Description
  1. Using the new Binance.US broker profile in MC 14 R24673: Attempting to trade visually off a daily chart produces constant errors in the Position Tracker Logs of this nature:
    Binance.US Spot. Error: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request., Response: {"code":-1021,"msg":"Timestamp for this request was 1000ms ahead of the server's time."}

  2. Trading Binance.US off the DOM works correctly. Trading on Oanda and Interactive Brokers using MC or Fidelity using Active Trader Pro on the same pc works correctly without errors.

  3. Syncing my pc with a time server every day does not solve the problem.

  4. When displaying a realtime daily chart of a Binance.US crypto pair, the last bar shows a date that is in the future for price activity that happened today.

Steps to reproduce this issue
  1. Create a new realtime chart window with Binance.US and choose any crypto with a daily timeframe 180 days.
  2. Click the mouse pointer on the last bar and check the date against the current pc date.
  3. Try to send a chart created limit order for that instrument.

Hello,
I found where the problem is coming from. In the Exchanges & ECN List, under Binance and Binance.US; the session times as obtained from the standard MultiCharts install are incorrect.
The 24/7 session times need to run like this:

Open Time Close Time
Sunday 00:00 Sunday 23:59
Monday 00:00 Monday 23:59 ...and so on.

However, as delivered in the MultiCharts update they are like this:

Open Time Close Time
Sunday 00:00 Monday 00:00
Monday 00:00 Tuesday 00:00 ...and so on.

This is causing problems with orders and charting using daily or 24 hour or 1440 minute bars.
Please correct this for the next version. Thank you. -rrams

Hello rrams,

Sessions do not influence the Timestamps. When the request is sent from MC to Binance server, MultiCharts applies the current PC time to it. The error ‘Timestamp for this request was 1000ms ahead of the server's time’ indicates that the time of the computer and the server are not synchronized.
The only solution here is to sync your PC and the world's time as Binance is very sensitive to time discrepancy (even 1 second or less). Please go to Windows Date&Time settings and click Sync now to synchronize your clock with the world's time.
If it doesn’t help, and your system's clock is still out of sync with the world's time (you can check it on time.is: https://time.is/), you need to contact your system administrator directly for assistance.

As for your inquiry about sessions, the pre-built 24/7 cannot be changed, I’m afraid, as it is universal and used by many other users for their purposes.
But you might create your own Custom Session Template. To learn how please see this page: https://www.multicharts.com/trading-software/index.php?title=Setting_Custom_Session_Templates
